The Directorate of Laboratories shall prepare and implement regular monitoring programs to collect samples according to the specific frequency and evaluate the results according to the standards and determinants required by the Jordanian standards for drinking water and reclaimed wastewater, In case of any complaints about the water quality through the unified complaints system (117116) ) or control centers or through the departments are immediately to investigate the cause of the complaint and send technical teams to the site of the complaint for field survey and preliminary tests of indicators of the change or contamination of water quality and the collection of samples needed quickly as possible.

The total number of complaints in 2018, which was followed up and closed (85) different complaints, where they were all handled in coordination with the relevant operating entities, where the percentage of complaints by type distributed as shown in the attached drawing.
