Procedures for collection of receivables through Amiri Law (6) for the year 1952 |
• A notice shall be delivered to the customer showing the amount due, and the name of the taxpayer, the subscription number, the date of notification, the notification number and the name of the beneficiary, the name of the notice recipient.. |
• This notice gives to the customer fourteen days in order to prevent the company / water authority from taking collection and seizure procedures by administrative way in accordance with the provisions of the Amiri Law No. 6 of 1952. |
• After the deadline specified in the notice, the names shall be submitted for publication in the Official newspaper. |
• Sixty days for customer whose names have been published in the Official newspaper for the purpose of reviewing the company and correcting the situation, and during this period customer can submit an objection and deduct the accumulated amounts according to the instructions. |
• The seizure of movable and immovable property by a decision issued by the Secretary General of the Water Authority. |
