Receiving applications and verifying data. Giving the subscriber an application number. Conducting inspectional site visits. Receiving payments from subscribers

Cost contribution; 150JDs – Depreciation  insurance; 15 JDs – Price of meter; 25JDs - Stamps; 10JDs

Building with an area of more than 150m

Form of Identification (ID card, passport, family book. Valid work permit, updated registration document, site plan and demarcation, up-to-date land plan, invoice of latest registration

Receiving applications and verifying data. Giving the subscriber an application number. Conducting inspectional site visits. Receiving payments from subscribers

Cost contribution; 150JDs – Depreciation  insurance; 15 JDs – Price of meter; 25JDs – Stamps; 10JDs

Out of Municipal Planning

Form of Identification (ID card, passport, family book. Valid work permit from township engineering authority, updated registration document, site plan and demarcation, up-to-date land plan, invoice of latest registration

Sketching delivery order; 20JDs. Cost contribution; 68JDs. Depreciation insurance; 10 JDs for less than 200m2. Stamps; 10JDs   

Multiple Electricity Subscriptions for Multiple Apartments

Form of Identification (ID card, passport, family book. Valid work permit, updated registration document, site plan and demarcation, up-to-date land plan, invoice of latest registration. Subscription Invoices for electricity utilities while building

Receiving applications and verifying data. Givin the subscriber an application number. Conducting inspectional site visits. Receiving payments from subscribers 

Cost contribution; 150JDs for building on area less than 150m3. Depreciation insurance; 15 JDs for meter costing 25JDs. Stamps; 10JDs for building on area greater than 150m2. 10JDs for each additional m2 if building area exceeds 150m2.  If building area exceeds 200m2 it is subject to 10JDs Depreciation insurance.

Building Construction Before 1978

Form of Identification (ID card, passport, family book. Valid work permit, updated registration document, up-to-date site plan and demarcation, invoice for latest registration. Proof that building established before 1978

Rural Residence

Commercial Water Subscription

Subscription Transfer

Water Subscription Transfer of Ownership

Form of Identification (ID card, Passport, and Family Book). Subscription Invoice needed for cancellation. Valid registration certificates of both previous and new owner  

Filling out form for subscription transfer and obtaining signatures of previous and new owner.    Giving clearance to previous subscriber from water payment commitments. Filling out agreement for transfer of ownership between previous and new owner. Signing the agreement by new owner or their representative   

Fees for subscription transfer. 25JDs subject to change depending on description of subscription and area

 Meter Transfer

Water Bill Appeals

Delivery order fees vary depending on classification of area. Stamps; 10JDs. 25% ofprojected building values subject to annual inflation; in accordance with classification of area

Disconnecting Service & Responsibilities of Subscriber 

The company would disconnect water delivery services under the following circumstances

  • If subscriber fails to pay an overdue balance within the duration specified by the company.
  • If subscriber does not maintain or fix internal network to prevent any water loss or wastage.
  • If subscriber causes any damage to the main network or home connection or water meter and/or wrongfully handle the water meter.
  • If subscriber opts to sell water or supply it to a second party or use it for a cause different to the intended purpose of subscription.
  • If subscriber violates any of the terms pertaining to the delivery system in place or any condition in the subscription agreement or any written pledge relating to water use.      
  • If company staff obstruct authorized personnel while performing their duties. This is based on decisions from specialized parties, official bodies or local authorities in accordance with their rules and regulations.

Subscriber Responsibility

Subscribers are held responsible for looking after their meter and handling the cost of replacement if resulting from neglect or frosting. As they would be responsible to maintain the pipeline or home connection existing within private land pre
